Since we deal in handmade footwear, we ensure quality in every product. However, if the product does not meet customer expectations, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

Refund Eligible Cases

  • Wrong size received
  • Damaged product
  • Product not matching the order
  • Manufacturing defect

Refund Conditions

  • The product must be unused and in original condition
  • Refund requests should be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Clear pictures of the issue may be required for verification

Once approved, the refund process will be completed accordingly.
